Happy New Year from the team at ADBR and our stablemates, Australian Aviation and Aviator.
We hope you had a restful and safe holiday period, and that 2019 brings all of our readers and the wider defence community much success and happiness.
2018 was very much a re-building year for ADBR, and I hope you’ll agree that the magazine now reads and looks a whole lot better. We’ve refreshed the fonts and layouts, the magazine design has evolved to be sharper and cleaner, we have developed a new and more user-friendly website, we have adopted the magazine’s ‘Battlespace’ news nameplate for our email newsletter, and we have expanded our presence on professional social media forums such as LinkedIn.
I’m very grateful to our growing base of industry and editorial partners, without who’s support and submissions ADBR would not have been able to grow the magazine back to a consistent size and level of quality, and to substantially grow our high-level audience.
In 2019 we will continue to bring you comprehensive coverage on the vast plethora of next generation capabilities entering service or on order for the ADF, and the all-important sensors and networks that will bind them all together.
As always, I welcome any and all constructive feedback – please don’t hesitate to email me at andrew@felix.net.au.
