B-1B bombers train with RAAF

Two US Air Force B-1B Lancer long-range bombers conducted a bilateral integrated training mission with the Royal Australian Air Force over the northern coast of Australia on November 27.

Scheduled to run until December 2, Exercise Lightning Focus is intended to provide air-to-air training for pilots, weapons system officers and air battle managers.

Having completed the mission, the bombers landed at RAAF Base Amberley.
